Combining a teaspoon of introspection, with a pinch of provocative humor, Jerome Jewell nourishes those with an appetite for self-discovery, a passion for making a difference, and the curiosity to search for a better way when the world says that none exists.
As president and founder of Jewell Consulting Group, Jerome advises organizations regarding strategic challenges in management strategy and organizational development. He has worked with clients in numerous sectors, including airlines, banking, manufacturing, government agencies, information technology, telecommunication and non-profits.
Prior to starting his consulting practice in 1995, Jerome spent more than 20 years in the corporate arena, where he held a variety of management and leadership positions with global industry leaders including the IBM Corporation, Chase Manhattan Bank and the New York Times.
His 12 years at IBM included extensive international accomplishment, having worked in Greece, Switzerland, Mexico, France, Belgium, Hungary and the U.K. His language skills include Spanish and German.
Jerome's speaking goes well beyond "business as usual", as he addresses perseverance, adventure, motivation, work/family balance, relationships and inspiration as well.

An executive coach and seminar facilitator as well, thousands of managers from across the globe have attended his leadership development seminars. Jerome is a member of the instructional staff of the American Management Association as well as the Management Centre Europe in Brussels, Belgium, and is a former faculty member in the Howard University MBA Program.
He has made numerous appearances on the PBS television talk show "LeaderTalk", and his articles and columns have been published in various publications, including The Denver Business Journal, Delta Airlines Sky magazine, Upscale, The Rocky Mountain News, Women's Business Chronicle, Trade and Culture and Emerging Markets magazine.
Jerome holds an MBA from Columbia University. He is currently studying French and hopes to climb Mt. Aconcagua in Argentina, the highest peak in the Western Hemisphere. Having moved his company to Colorado from Washington, DC in 1995, he can often be found skiing, biking or flyfishing in Colorado's backcountry.
